  • Orders need to be placed by 2PM to be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day.
  • We dispatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding National holidays).
  • If you order before 2PM on Friday, you should expect delivery on Monday.
  • Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery the next working day.

  • International orders: Registered Thai Post or DHL Express. The shipping cost is based on weight of product(s) and country of delivery. You can calculate shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out.

If you are outside of Thailand then yes, You may need to pay import charges/taxes. Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import charges/taxes before you order from us. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay the import charges/taxes.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email you enter in the “contact information” form during the check out process.

You can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of purchase. (Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.)

If you need to exchange your item(s), you’ll need to return the original item(s), request for a refund and place a new order.
