• Orders need to be placed by 2PM to be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day.
• We dispatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays).
• If you order before 2PM on Friday, you should expect delivery on Monday.
• Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery the next working day.

Estimated delivery times by region:

• Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia (DHL Express): 4-7 days
• Rest of world (DHL Express): 3-5 days
• Rest of world (Registered Thai Post): 7-21 days

• Thailand orders: free shipping by Thai Post.
• International orders: Registered Thai Post or DHL Express. Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and destination country. You can calculate shipping cost in your cart before checkout.

If you're ordering from outside Thailand, you may need to pay import charges or taxes depending on your country's regulations. Please check your country's import policy before ordering. We can't guarantee a refund if you refuse to pay import charges/taxes upon delivery.

You can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item, request a refund, and place a new order separately.
