Proper Bags ships worldwide, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
How long does shipping take in Thailand
- Orders need to be placed by 2PM to be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next working day.
- We dispatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding National holidays).
- If you order before 2PM on Friday, you should expect delivery on Monday.
- Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery the next working day.

How long does International shipping take?
- Delivery day are Monday - Friday (excluding National holidays)

- Thailand orders: free shipping by Thai Post
- International orders: Registered Thai Post or DHL Express. The shipping cost is based on weight of product(s) and country of delivery. You can calculate shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out.

Do I have to pay import charges/taxes?
If you are outside of Thailand then yes, You may need to pay import charges/taxes. Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import charges/taxes before you order from us. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay the import charges/taxes.
